Our Holy Father, Pope Francis, has said that we can no longer “passively and calmly wait in our church buildings.” Each of us must be willing to step out of our comfort zone. There is a spiritual battle raging. Avoidance, reluctance or fear is not to be the modus operandi. We need to acquire the tools essential to our mission… to boldly preach the Gospel to all.
Catholic Chapter House, a division of Branches Catholic Ministries, will be hosting a special event on December 6, 2014 at Saint Brigid’s Centre for the Arts in Ottawa, Ontario. On a Mission from God will feature motivating talks from Tim Staples and Patrick Sullivan. Tim Staples is the Director of Apologetics and Evangelization at Catholic Answers; Patrick Sullivan is a catechist, Catholic apologist and author of Dare to be an Evangelist.
