God’s people can appear as ordinary people on the streets. One of the greatest characteristics of the Christian is helping others. Jesus life and ministry was dedicated to serving and helping others and it should be part of our lives as His followers. Various verses in the scripture emphasize the need to help others.

     Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.

It’s impossible to do everything all by yourselves.God wired all of us in such a way that we can only fulfill His purposes for our lives in our relationship with each other, in families and communities, and being a shoulder for others to lean on. Especially those who have no one to help them. It’s all about loving God and people. We all need each other, and should never get tired of doing what is good, or get discouraged and give up. Do not help someone and expect to get something in return. Whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone, especially to our Christian brothers and sisters. Let us do what God wants us to do and we will be satisfied that we have done our work well.
